Fred Kavli Theatre has plenty of seating for 1,800 spectators across several seating sections. Ground-level orchestra seating is the easiest to access, but the theatre is fully accessible for wheelchairs and persons with mobility issues and disabilities.

Orchestra level – front and center

Orchestra seating puts you right in the action. It’s closest to the stage and promises clear sightlines, rich acoustics, and a fully immersive experience. This is the go-to choice for those who want to see every detail up close. 733 seats, including 10 wheelchair-accessible spaces, span across left, right, and center sections.

Best for: Broadway fans, music lovers, and anyone who wants the full stage experience.

Founders Circle and Boxes – prime vantage point

Sitting just above the Orchestra, the Founders Circle delivers an elevated, unobstructed view of the performance. With 191 seats, including 4 wheelchair-accessible spots, this section balances proximity with a wider stage perspective.

For a more private and exclusive experience, Founders Boxes offer premium seating with an intimate feel. Space is very limited though, so you’ll need to book well in advance, especially for popular shows.

Mezzanine – elevated views

Sitting above the Founders Circle, the Mezzanine provides a full view of the stage.
